GETTING STARTED!
You can decorate this product using the buttons below. If you want to change the product, select the products tab then choose the product you want to decorate. If you would like to check the size of this product, simply click on the product info tab on the right hand side of the design tool. Please note that our suppliers allow for a +/- variance of 2cm for each garment.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Our team will do our best to position your artwork as per your mockup, but occasionally the flat lay garment will not truly represent the actual garment and our team may need to make adjustments. If the position of your artwork is a life or death situation, give us a call. The best print jobs start with the best artwork/images. So upload high quality artwork or photos that aren’t blurry when you zoom in on them. We love PNG files; but you can upload JPG and GIFs too. In Google, use the large image filter. We recommend 200 Dpi minimum. If your artwork has blank space around it, keep this in mind when sizing your image.
FREE BACKGROUND REMOVAL
If you’ve got a solid colour background that needs removing, we can help you out! If you have uploaded a vector file like an eps, you can select the remove background button in the design tool.For all other images, please leave a note in the ‘ADD INSTRUCTIONS’ box at the checkout stage and our team will do this for you.
*Complex and photographic background removal will incur a fee.
COLOURS ON THE ONLINE DESIGNER AND GARMENT
Most of our flat-lay mock ups are photographs of the actual garment, however colours may appear different on every computer. Contact us if you require a sample garment. It is also really important to point out that our computer screens make everything look so vibrant and colourful. It is not possible to achieve the same colour profiles you see on your computer with direct to garment printing. Our printers are working with a CMYK colour palette to achieve your print, so keep this in mind when designing.
GARMENT SELECTION AND COLOUR MATCHING
Successful Direct to Garment (DTG) printing relies heavily on the quality of the garment selected, even the colour of the garment affects the print quality. We've included some handy hints about the different garments we offer in our User Agreement page. In addition, it is not possible to colour match/PMS match with DTG printing. If you have specific brand guidleines and colour requirements, get in touch with our team for a screen print quote.
